There are always plenty of things to do, whether you want to laze about and do very little at all on the beach, saunter around the shopping centres and markets, experience the thrill of the famous Gold Coast Theme Parks or partake of a different restaurant every night.
Pacific Fair
Pacific Fair is one of Australia’s top five shopping centres, heralding a new vision in luxury and high-street fashion, unrivalled dining and bar experiences, a world-class indoor/outdoor leisure and entertainment precinct and more than 400 specialty stores framed by tropical landscapes and gently-flowing water. There are two supermarkets, and a fresh food market, very handy for holiday makers, you can always order online and have your holiday supplies delivered to your door.
The Broadbeach Art & Craft Markets
The Broadbeach Art and Craft Markets offer a great family day out on the first and third Sunday of every month, all year round. With over 150 stalls of locally made crafts, fresh produce, preserves, cookies and cakes there is something for everyone.
Come down and spend a leisurely Sunday strolling around Kurrawa Park, right on the beach front in Broadbeach. Whether you are after handmade fashion, jewellery, homewares, skincare, toys, fresh produce or just something unique you won’t find in the shops, there’s sure to be a bargain for you. The markets operate between 8.00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Broadbeach Shopping Mall
Within easy reach to the houses you will find Broadbeach Mall on the Beachside side of Gold Coast Highway, the is a fantastic range of speciality shops, restaurants & cafes.

It is not just the impressive numbers of parks available, but the variety of entertainment styles that they offer is also incredible. There is a theme park to suit everyone’s tastes no matter where your interests lie. No matter how young or old you are, the Gold Coast is the place to be!

Beaches
The Gold Coast has the most amazing family friendly beaches for swimming and surfing. Broadbeach itself is one of the most popular areas on the Gold Coast, and Kurrawa Beach is known as one of the safest beaches on the Gold Coast and even hosts some of Australia’s major surf lifesaving competitions. There is also a wide pedestrian area with numerous shops and cafes, and a children’s play area.
You cannot visit the Gold Coast without at least taking a morning or evening stroll along our golden sands or board walks that go from one end of the coast to the other.
